RBBstal, a very well-known family run service center in Poland - operating in the coating, engraving, heat treating, and allied activities industry - has chosen GEORG as new premium partner for the production expansion in the next years.

The recently ordered GEORG precisionslit Slitting Line for RBBstal represents a standardized high-performance line in rigid design, with intelligent solutions and a sophisticated automation system tailored to the needs of the service center business.

The new GEORG slitting line impresses by short set-up times, little manpower, very low-maintenance, energy-efficiency and by meeting high safety requirements. It’s an economical solution for service centers with high demands on productivity and flexibility.

One of our first roll grinding machines with our new GEORG ultrablock machine bed design, the GEORG ultragrind SG 2 has now been commissioned at AMAG in Ranshofen (Austria).

Delivery of the first five machines with the GEORG smartcontrol

We are now pleased to be able to deliver the GEORG smartcontrol to a customer for the first time.

The control is based on the #SINUMERIK_ONE, and as a digital native control, is ideally equipped for the future.

With the #digitaltwin of our machine, we were able to carry out some tests beforehand. This helps us to shorten the commissioning time.

Our confidence in the new technology is so high that we will deliver not just one but five machines.
