GEORG welcomes Tosyali Toyo Delegation
For a technical exchange meeting and reference visit a delegation from Turkish steel producer Tosyali Toyo visited GEORG at its headquarter in Kreuztal.
With a rolling capacity of 1.0 million tons and employing approximately 800 people, Tosyalı Toyo Çelik A.Ş. manufactures tins, galvanized sheet, dyed sheet, cold rolled sheet and pickled-oiled rolls. Utilized in a wide range of areas from the packaging industry to electrical household appliances, from IT products to the construction industry, white goods and the automotive industry.
The aim of the visit was to give Tosyali´s technical investment team a detailed overview about the GEORG capabilities in the fields of our strip finishing lines and roll grinding machines. During an extensive shop tour GEORG´s sales managers Detlef Neumann and Jan Ebener could show also the new assembly building which is actually under construction and will be finished in fall this year.
IGUS trade press day at GEORG
To ensure the high quality of our machines, we manufacture in our in-house mechanical production facilities in Kreuztal, Germany, and Roanoke, USA.

Last week, igus visited our headquarters in Kreuztal as part of a trade press workshop attended by many journalists. The industry experts had the opportunity to gain an in-depth impression of our coil processing lines, roll grinding machines, and lean production. We are very grateful to have igus as a reliable partner providing top-quality products by our side.
ATLAS TRAFO is scaling up and GEORG is part of it
To cut transformer cores in their new and impressive facility in Kemalpaşa near Izmir, Türkiye, ATLAS TRAFO has chosen our proven GEORG precisioncut TBA400 ecoline. Thanks to its compact design and intuitive operation, our new customer will be able to set up the machine independently after a two-week training session at our headquarter in Kreuztal.

GEORG ultragrind SG 2 for Marcegaglia
Marcagaglia Ravenna S.p.a. has purchased for its cold rolling mill a roll grinder type GEORG ultragrind SG 2 in foundation free GEORG ultrablock version. Since 2017, when the first ultrablock machine was sold, a total of around 10 machines of this design have been sold.
