Some time ago we reported why our customer Norsk Transformator AS decided to invest in automatic core production and thus to purchase a GEORG precisioncut TBA300 robotline. In the meantime, the new machine has been put into operation.
We are pleased to show you a time-lapse video created by our customer Norsk Transformer in Steinkjer/Norway. The video shows the complete commissioning from arrival to production of the robotline machine at the customer's site.

GEORG High Performance Leveler
Higher production capacity. Consistently high product quality.
Another GEORG leveler is leaving our factory. It will be installed at one of our long-standing customers’ sites, positioned directly next to its “twin” GEORG leveler. Together, both machines will significantly increase production capacity while ensuring consistently high product quality. To ensure the high quality of our machines, we manufacture in our in-house mechanical production facilities in Kreuztal, Germany, and Roanoke, USA.

Last week, igus visited our headquarters in Kreuztal as part of a trade press workshop attended by many journalists.
