Our long-time Indian customer MPP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from Bangalore continues to invest in its future and has ordered a GEORG ultracorrugation 1600.
During the last weeks Mari Srinivasa and Jörg H. Schmidt from MPP visited us in Kreuztal for a successful pre-acceptance, which was also accompanied by our new Indian service colleague Amit Dhamecha and our long-time service colleague Vijay Kumars. MPP is already looking forward to the delivery and commissioning of the new machine.
Already since 2007, our folding machine has ensured high productivity and quality at MPP, so that the company continues to trust in the GEORG quality and economy as well as the good service.
GEORG High Performance Leveler
Higher production capacity. Consistently high product quality.
Another GEORG leveler is leaving our factory. It will be installed at one of our long-standing customers’ sites, positioned directly next to its “twin” GEORG leveler. Together, both machines will significantly increase production capacity while ensuring consistently high product quality. This project reflects what we stand for at GEORG: performance, reliability, and sustainable value for our customers’ operations.

IGUS trade press day at GEORG
To ensure the high quality of our machines, we manufacture in our in-house mechanical production facilities in Kreuztal, Germany, and Roanoke, USA.
We apply the same high-quality standards to our suppliers — for example, to the energy chains from igus GmbH. Last week, igus visited our headquarters in Kreuztal as part of a trade press workshop attended by many journalists. The industry experts had the opportunity to gain an in-depth impression of our coil processing lines, roll grinding machines, and lean production. We are very grateful to have igus as a reliable partner providing top-quality products by our side.
ATLAS TRAFO is scaling up and GEORG is part of it
To cut transformer cores in their new and impressive facility in Kemalpaşa near Izmir, Türkiye, ATLAS TRAFO has chosen our proven GEORG precisioncut TBA400 ecoline. Thanks to its compact design and intuitive operation, our new customer will be able to set up the machine independently after a two-week training session at our headquarter in Kreuztal.
