75 years of GEORG, 75 pieces of TBA400 ecoline

A success story

With the GEORG precisioncut TBA400 ecoline, GEORG has written a truly unique success story. In 2011, the TBA400 ecoline was the first standardized machine concept ever built by GEORG. In 2023, GEORG's anniversary year, the 75th machine will be delivered. Founded in 1948 by Mr. Heinrich Georg, GEORG is a family-owned business led in 3rd generation by the Georg family and world-market leader for transformer production equipment. The TBA400 ecoline is considered as perfect economic solutions for the production of low-loss transformer cores in step-lap design.

Over the past decade it became GEORG’s top-selling product in the field of distribution transformer production with machines operated in almost 30 countries on 5 different continents. In an unprecedented moment of growth and transition in the energy market, GEORG is already preparing the path forward undertaking the necessary steps to develop a new generation of ecoline machines to cope these future challenges. GEORG is extremely proud in delivering its 75th ecoline machine in GEORG’s anniversary year to Colombian transformer manufacturer MAGNETRON.

Our client comments on his decision as follows:

“On behalf of MAGNETRON, with our trajectory of more than 50 years in transformers, it is reassuring to make the decision to acquire a new TBA400 with the support of GEORG's seal of quality and cutting-edge technology, which goes hand in hand with our goal of always delivering the best products to our customers.”We would like to thank our many customers for the trust they have placed in us and would like to continue the success story of this product and the GEORG brand."
