Family friendliness at least as important as salary.

The evaluation criteria were the feel-good factor and the career factor in the company. In the feel-good factor, the behaviour of superiors, dealing with older employees colleagues and the work-life balance of employees and former employees is evaluated. In the career area, the opportunities offered by the equality as well as the factors further training, salary, social security benefits and family-friendly benefits. But also aspects such as flexible working hours, home office opportunities, childcare and company pension provisions were due for valuation. As a result, it can be stated that GEORG has done its homework successfully in recent years. The compatibility of career and family is a central component of social debate.
