Ales Bertuzzi supports GEORG Sales Organization
We are happy to announce that starting January 2020, Ales Bertuzzi is supporting the GEORG company in transformer process innovation and marketing through his newly founded consultant company “Transformer Process”.
By working with GEORG, our customers will benefit from Ales' broad market knowledge. Ales has long time experience in the transformer industry being until 2019 General and Sales Manager of L.A.E. company (Italy) especially in regards to distribution transformer production process.
We are sure that his experience and his forward thinking attitude will complement the GEORG team in converting creative manufacturing ideas and processes into reality to the benefit of our worldwide customers.

Employees visiting from China
Again it has been a pleasure to welcome our colleagues Alex Chen and Andy Sun from our GEORG Products Service Center in Beijing!
They will use their 3 months stay to familiarize themselves with the latest improvements and technologies incorporated in state-of-the-art transformer core production lines, which presently undergo final testing and pre-acceptance prior to shipment to China.
For more than 10 years now both of them form part of the GEORG service team located in Beijing. By the way, the GEORG Products Service Center was founded already in 1985 and with the help of our Chinese colleagues more than 100 GEORG machines and production lines could be successfully installed and serviced in China and neighbouring countries so far.
New Service Business Unit creates major benefits for customers
Our newly set up "Service" Business Unit brings together service staff from all three product areas. This creates a greater pool of experienced service technicians, engineers and skilled maintenance staff, allowing the team to react to customers service requests even faster and more flexibly.
Axel Sturm, Head of our new Service Business Unit states: "The new structure also makes internal cooperation and communication with our design and procurement departments easier. The benefit for our customers: their machines and systems will be back on stream even faster after maintenance or repair service.”
