We are looking for a design engineer (m/f/d) for our product range finishing lines.
Your tasks
As a creative mind, you create constructive foundations for a high level of efficiency along the GEORG value chain. Your tasks will include
- Developing design solutions for systems within the framework of specified concepts
- Further development/optimization of components and complete systems against the background of costs and function
- Independent performance of calculations and investigations
- Sales and service support
- Creating technical documentation
- Close cooperation and coordination with control technology and automation, commercial project management and technical documentation
Your profile
You have a background in high-end mechanical and plant engineering and are familiar with standardization. You are also characterized by
- Completed mechanical engineering studies (diploma or master's degree), ideally with a focus on design engineering
- Professional experience in design and in the creation of design documents in high-end (special) mechanical engineering, ideally for finishing lines
- Very good knowledge of 2D and 3D design methods and use of the Autodesk products Inventor and AutoCad Mechanic
- Ability to turn your own creative ideas into marketable solutions
- Distinct economic thinking and acting
