Cutting machine operator (m/f/d) turning technology
Location: Germany/Kreuztal | Sector: Roll Grinding
We are looking for an Cutting machine operator (m/f/d) specializing in turning technology for the majority of machining in our mechanical production.
Your tasks
- Planning the production sequence according to drawings
- Programming, operating and setting up/setting up the machine
- Implementation and monitoring of the production process
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of production processes
- Carrying out quality inspections
- Creating, optimizing and adapting CNC programs and tools
- Care and maintenance of machines and tools
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator specializing in turning technology as well as relevant professional experience in production in the field of CNC turning in mechanical and plant engineering
- Sound knowledge and experience with SIEMENS controls desirable
- Experience in the field of large-scale machining (up to 10 tons)
- Confident handling and understanding of complex drawings with a high level of vertical integration
- Knowledge in the field of measurement technology
- Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
