Technical service clerk / service consultant (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) for our Service product area for technical processing and customer service with the following main tasks and requirements:

Your tasks

As an important link and mediator between us and our customers, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in our service projects.

  • Advice and support for customers in the event of malfunctions
  • Elaborating and advising customers on possible modernization steps during on-site service calls
  • Intensive customer support and acquisition for all service products, preparation including calculation and presentation of customer-specific offers and their follow-up
  • Preparation and creation of spare parts quotations
  • Independent internal staff allocation and support for our external customers and suppliers

Your profile

You are the commercially-minded technician with a high level of consulting expertise and persuasive power who harmonizes the needs of our customers with our corporate goals and our service strategy.

  • Completed training in electrical engineering or industrial mechanics with subsequent further qualification as a state-certified technician, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, or completed BA studies in electrical engineering
  • Commercial knowledge and experience in project management and processing
  • Initial experience in the field of plant or mechanical engineering
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and written and spoken English
  • Desirable: knowledge of PLC Siemens S7 and Siemens drive technology
  • Willingness to travel and a confident manner with strong negotiating skills
