Software Developer & Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d)

For our Roll Grinding product area, we are looking for a Software Developer & Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d) with the following main tasks and requirements at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
You will develop creative and cost-effective software solutions for our roll grinding machines based on the product and division strategy.
- Participation in the introduction, testing and documentation of new software modules for existing and new mechatronic applications
- Support in the creation, compilation and adaptation of control software
- Parameterization of the safety PLC taking into account the risk assessment
- Carrying out commissioning of PLC, NC and drive systems in the factory or on site at the customer's premises
- Customer care and service support
Your profile
You are the creative and at the same time structured head with an eye for satisfied customers and our divisional goals. We are open to both experienced professionals and young talent.
- Completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, specializing in automation technology, or completed training in the field of electrical engineering with further training as a technician
- Good knowledge of Siemens automation systems (S7-1500 and TIA Portal)
- Good knowledge of Siemens drive systems is desirable (Sinamics S120)
- Knowledge of Siemens NC control desirable (Sinumerik One)
- Analytical, independent, self-reliant and solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as a strong team orientation
