Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) for our Service product area for the management and independent handling of conversion and modernization projects with the following main tasks and requirements:

Your tasks

As a project manager and independent implementer (especially for conversions, modernizations and retrofits), you will be responsible for the entire process from the quotation phase to independent implementation and final acceptance of the system.

• Elaboration, development and planning of retrofit solutions for discontinued components
• Advising customers on possible modernization steps during on-site service calls
• Adaptation of circuit diagrams and control software and programming of the safety PLC
• Commissioning the range of machines and systems in the transformer systems division
• Planning and carrying out training courses and supporting customers in the event of faults

Your profile

You are a service technician with project management experience and a pleasant, convincing appearance.

• Completed training in electrical engineering or industrial mechanics with subsequent further qualification as a state-certified technician, preferably specializing in electrical engineering, or completed BA studies in electrical engineering
• Initial experience in plant or mechanical engineering and project management
• Good knowledge of the Siemens control system (S7, TIA, WinCC, etc.) and Siemens drive technology
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and written and spoken English
• Pleasant personality with strong organizational and communication skills
