HR Generalist / HR Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: GERMANY/Kreuztal  |  Sector: Strategy, Communications & Human Resources

 

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities and qualification profile in order to support in several administrative tasks with a focus on payroll accounting:

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will combine providing reliable support to our employees and advising our managers on day-to-day HR matters with actively shaping our talent development and training initiatives.

  • You will independently advise and support employees and managers on HR-related issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle, assist with day-to-day HR management, and ensure the reliable implementation of HR processes
  • You will plan, organize, and oversee continuing education and training programs—including mandatory legal and company-specific training—while maintaining a focus on quality and budget
  • You ensure a professional onboarding process for employees and trainees and support them throughout the entire orientation phase
  • You further develop employee development programs and actively contribute to other HR projects

Your profile

You are a solution-oriented and organized HR generalist who stands out for your strong sense of responsibility, genuine interest in people, and enthusiasm for HR development. You have

  • A business apprenticeship with additional qualifications in human resources and/or a degree with a focus on human resources management or business psychology
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a generalist role
  • Experience and enthusiasm for employee development
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • A structured, focused, and responsible work style with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Good written and spoken English skills, as well as very good proficiency in MS Office
