CNC cutting machine operator (m/f/d) specializing in turning

We are looking for a CNC cutting machine operator (m/f/d) specializing in turning with the following main tasks and requirements at the earliest possible date:

Your tasks

You will produce precision components that fit precisely and are suitable for assembly, and your commitment will ensure that production processes meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Planning the production sequence according to drawings
• Programming, setting up/equipping and operating lathes, also for unmanned production
• Monitoring the production process (individual and small series production)
• Quality inspections during production
• Optimization and adaptation of tool use and the manufacturing process

Your profile

As an expert in the machining of highly demanding components made of metallic and non-metallic materials, you are characterized by independent and solution-oriented thinking and action.

• Successfully completed vocational training in machining mechanics, specializing in turning
• Relevant professional experience in the field of CNC turning in mechanical and plant engineering or toolmaking
• Confident handling and understanding of complex drawings with high tolerance requirements
• Sound knowledge and experience with Heidenhain and/or SIEMENS Sinumerik 840D controls
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
