• Strong manual dexterity and spatial awareness

• A strong high school diploma
• Interest in math and physics

• A desire to learn new things, pitch in, and take on responsibility
• A meticulous and reliable work ethic
• Curiosity, creativity, and the courage to ask questions
• Team spirit—you enjoy working with others
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus, but not required

What we offer

• You can expect a 3½-year, diverse apprenticeship in which you’ll grow into your profession step by step—with a clear, varied training concept
• A central component of your apprenticeship is the GEORG lernwerk: a modern training workshop with a digital learning environment, space for teamwork, your own ideas, and hands-on experimentation
• You’ll work with the latest technologies on real-world projects, contribute your ideas, and take on increasing responsibility.
• In addition to our “GEORG lernwerk” training workshop and our assembly department, we’ll help you develop a big-picture perspective through other exciting areas of work.
• You’ll actively participate in interdisciplinary projects and gradually grow into greater independence and responsibility.
