GEORG smartleveling is a peripheral, modular system that was specially developed as a powerful extension for cut-to-length lines. Thanks to contactless measurement at maximum line speed, the system operates completely process-neutrally – without affecting production in any way.

A wide variety of material types, surfaces, and dimensions were taken into account during development. At the same time, the system is designed for harsh industrial environments and guarantees reliable performance even under demanding conditions.

Measuring the final product in a tension-free state enables exceptionally high data quality. This creates clear added value for quality assurance, as real product properties are recorded accurately and reproducibly.

GEORG smartleveling is available both as optional equipment for new plants and as an efficient retrofit solution for existing systems. It thus offers maximum flexibility for operators who want to raise their processes to a new level of quality.

The specially developed user interface offers intuitive operation and creates maximum transparency with regard to production quality and relevant setting parameters.

In addition to the visual display of the live calculated, optimized parameters, GEORG smartleveling supports both a semi-automatic and a fully automatic mode for transferring these setting values.
