Automated Measurement Technology for Transformer Laminations
As part of our strategic collaboration with HECHT AG, we are currently preparing the integration of the PrecisOR® measuring table into our technological environment for transformer cores. The development of a data interface to our TBA production lines has already been completed.

Another GEORG leveler is leaving our factory. It will be installed at one of our long-standing customers’ sites, positioned directly next to its “twin” GEORG leveler. Together, both machines will significantly increase production capacity while ensuring consistently high product quality. This project reflects what we stand for at GEORG: performance, reliability, and sustainable value for our customers’ operations.

To cut transformer cores in their new and impressive facility in Kemalpaşa near Izmir, Türkiye, ATLAS TRAFO has chosen our proven GEORG precisioncut TBA400 ecoline. Thanks to its compact design and intuitive operation, our new customer will be able to set up the machine independently after a two-week training session at our headquarter in Kreuztal.
