- Enjoyment of tinkering, working with tools, and understanding how things work technically
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for machines and equipment
- A strong high school diploma
- Interest in math and physics
- A willingness to work hard, dedication, and the motivation to learn new things and develop > professionally
- A desire to learn new things, pitch in, and take on responsibility
- A meticulous and reliable work ethic
- Curiosity, creativity, and the courage to ask questions
- Team spirit – you enjoy working with others
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus, but not required
