TKWA fin folding lines
Our TKWA lines for manufacturing corrugated tanks are available in a variety of designs.
The machine consists of various units for the fully automatic production of fin walls. Besides the folding unit the seam welding (with optional 2 or 4 welding torches), reinforcement-strip and embossment spot-welding units improve the production process creating high performance and quality transformer tanks.
With the addition of our fully automated laser-controlled robotic welding system, we offer an additional reduction of costs while maintaining excellent quality in the manufacturing of transformer tanks.
